Manufacturing workflow

How our kitchen utilities are made.

We combine design planning, fabrication accuracy, protective finishing, and inspection to build utilities that perform reliably in daily kitchen environments.

01

Design & Product Engineering

Each utility starts with dimensional planning, material selection, and load-use review. This helps ensure the product fits real kitchen modules and usage patterns.

Cutting, Forming & Fabrication

Steel wires, sheets, and profiles are cut, bent, shaped, and welded using jigs and tooling. Accurate fabrication supports smooth assembly and clean structural lines.

Surface Finishing

Polishing, buffing, powder coating, or protective finishing is applied to improve appearance and resistance to corrosion, scratches, and moisture exposure.

Assembly, Inspection & Dispatch

Final components are assembled, movement checked, edges verified, and finish quality reviewed. Approved products are packed for secure transport and installation readiness.

Quality checkpoints

  • Dimension verification against drawing tolerance
  • Weld quality and structural stability review
  • Finish consistency and sharp edge inspection
  • Movement and hardware function testing

Built for demanding kitchen conditions

Kitchen utilities are routinely exposed to humidity, detergent residue, repeated movement, and varying load conditions. Our process is designed to reduce early wear and maintain reliable performance over time.
